Please read the Terms & Conditions contained in these pages very carefully. They are outlined the terms under which Travel Point operates and they limit our liability. Payment of deposit and/or final payment are an acknowledgement of receipt of these terms & conditions and constitutes acceptance of such terms & conditions as outlined.

Understanding between User and Travel Point
The Travel Point website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms & conditions contained herein. Your use of this web site implies your acceptance to all such terms & conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms & conditions you must not use the services of the site.

Travel Point reserves the right to change the terms & conditions. Travel Point has endeavored to ensure that all the information on the site is correct, but Travel Point neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data or information contained.

Travel Point is responsible only for the transactions that are done by the user through this site. Travel Point will not be responsible for screening, censoring or otherwise controlling transactions, including whether the transaction is legal and valid as per the laws of the land of the user. The user warrants that they will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. The user further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services.

Reservations, Deposits & Final Payments
Our unusual selected programs are selling out fast. Early reservations are essential and ensure availability of space. Specified amount is essential to be paid for reservation at Travel Point. If deposit is not received within a week from the date of reservation, booking is subjected to cancellation. Final payment will be due to Travel Point, 60 days prior to departure. If the reservation is made within the last 60 days of departure (and if space is still available), the entire tour price must be paid at the time of reservation.

Prices & Fares

The prices quoted are in effect at time of printing and are subject to change at any time prior to departure. Quoted tour prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes as of print date above. Travel Point reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs of tariffs, taxes and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Best available airfares will be quoted, applicable at time of departure, based on individual gateways for the complete air itinerary.

Travel Documents All participants must be in possession of a valid passport. A Visa or Visas may be required for some or all of the countries visited on the holiday or tour selected. Please check your visa requirement/s at time of booking. Travel Point will provide visa information and applications forms. Travel Point recommends a reliable visa service that will assist in obtaining visa/s for nominal fee/s. Non Indian Citizen/s may have different requirements. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all his or her visa and passport requirements are met.

Tour Information
Acknowledgement of booking will be sent immediately upon initiation of a reservation. Invoice with appropriate visa applications (if needed) and general information such as reading and clothing suggestions, customs information, anticipated weather conditions etc. will be forwarded to you upon receipt of deposit. Final tour documents consisting of detailed tour itinerary, vouchers, hotel list, travel bags, baggage tags, etc. are dispatched from our offices approximately 21–30 days prior to departure. If documents are required/requested for earlier delivery, an extra handling fee will apply to cover extra handling and processing.

Cancellations & Changes
Travel Point must receive ALL cancellations in writing; cancellation/s will be effective when the written notice is received at Travel Point’s offices in Hyderabad.

If a cancellation is received after Travel Point is in possession of the initial deposit but more than 60 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee incurred has to be paid per person. A higher cancellation fee may apply to some tours. Cancellation/s received between 44 days and 30 days prior to departure will be charged a fee of 50% of the entire tour price. NO REFUNDS whatsoever will be made for cancellations received within the last 30 days prior to departure.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees, some maybe non-refundable. Details will be quoted at time of booking the air-itinerary.

To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.

Unused Tour Items
No refund will be made for any unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, cruise portions, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Health Requirements
Health regulations for some countries visited on featured tours in this brochure may require proof of inoculation and/or vaccination certificate; such certificate should be in your possession throughout the entire tour. Travel Point strongly recommends that you consult with your personal physician in regards to your itinerary and required inoculations.
